Okay, I'm sure you've all heard the warnings of how food shortages are coming, and that you should stock up, etcetera, etcetera.
But have you heard about this?
I've linked to most of those below just in case you think I'm nuts.
I will say, this is quite a concern. And I bet you hadn't heard a peep about it until this week.
That's because nobody was really covering it.
Enter Tucker Carlson...
Dude, a flippin' airplane crashed into a General Mills plant minutes before these two went on air for this segment.
That's the kinda stuff that gives me the heebie jeebies.
Here's what Jason Rantz had to say:
When something happens every so often you obviously hope that there's no significant damage and certainly no one gets hurt. But you kind of write it off as not that big of a deal–accidents happen. But when you've got well over a dozen food processing plants and warehouses getting destroyed or seriously damaged over just the last few weeks–at a time when the food supply is already vulnerable–it's obviously suspicious, and it could lead to some serious food shortages. That's why some folks are now wondering, well number one, 'what's going on?'
What is going on? Because this is quite a coincidence. And yo, I'm no conspiracy theorist, but this just seems a little too strange to not talk about.
There is some significant concern of course that this is going to impact the supply chain. Now to be clear, the timing is very suspicious, it's obviously concerning, police are saying that these fires are due to faulty issues with equipment. So they're not saying that this was intentional. Either way, it's obviously going to have some significant implications in us getting our food.
Of course it's impacting the supply chain! Food is literally being destroyed here—not to mention the equipment. And it's happening way more often than it should.
I sure hope this is something coincidental, maybe having to do with people being understaffed. Anything but what I'm making up in my head right now.
Either way, I'm very concerned by this.
And you should be too.
Go ahead and make what you will of this news.
Me? I'll be at the grocery store.
Here's all the links I could find from above. They're all from within the past year.
