Welp, it's in the negatives in Wisconsin, so why not go outside, hang a roll of toilet paper from a ladder, spray it with water, and see if it stands on its own?

This is my first time seeing the above video, but the temperatures haven't dropped that low in Milwaukee this winter, so I'll assume it's old.
