You really, REALLY can't make this up.
Let's compare.
Civil War: Over 700,000 Americans dead, more than all other wars (including the World Wars) combined.
January 6th: Someone took Nancy Pelosi's lectern as people took pictures inside the building while staying inside the velvet ropes.
Civil War: Nation plunged into chaos as armies of brother vs. brother met on the field of combat.
January 6th: A man dressed as a Viking calmly walked around congressional chambers while looking scary.
Civil War: It took generations to rebuild the shattered Union, with entire family lines wiped out forever. Millions of people still visit the battlefields annually to remember the dead and the hard lessons learned from the war.
January 6th: Everyone would have forgotten about the whole thing if the media and the Democrats (same thing) hadn't pushed two years of soap opera drama on us.
