Do you think Whoopi realizes this sort of makes it worse?
Whoopi Goldberg, host of The View, used the show Thursday to defend one of Joe Biden's worst gaffes to date.
Joe Biden obviously forgot that Representative Jackie Walorski recently passed away in a car crash last month and called for her on stage yesterday.
It's embarrassing and shows that Biden doesn't have a clue what's going on.
Then Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre tried to explain that the gaffe wasn't a real gaffe in a spectacularly dishonest fashion.
Now Whoopi has hopped to Biden's defense, and her excuse is somehow worse.
She passed last month, not like a hundred years ago, you know, okay?
I'm sorry, but isn't it WORSE that it JUST happened, and Biden released a statement and put the flag at half staff, LESS THAN A MONTH AGO and he's ALREADY forgotten?
It was kind of a really big deal not even two months ago and Biden didn't even know she died yesterday. He completely forgot.
The White House could have just apologized, but we all have to pretend that Biden's obvious decline in mental health is no big deal.
