The Left's campaign against truth, goodness, and beauty continues with the latest depraved outrage against art: a sculpture called "Unmanned Drone."
The twist? This ugly monstrosity was made from the dismembered pieces of the historic Stonewall Jackson statue that was famously taken down in Charlottesville, NC.
Here is the original statue:
And the twisted new version:
This bizarre, hateful attempt at art was created by "artist" Kara Walker, who makes terrible art to fight racism.
Some of her other works include "Sugar Sphinx," a bizarre sphinx combined with an obscene "mammy" stereotype made out of sugar.
There's also whatever on Earth this crap is:
The new mutant sculpture is a part of an art exhibit called "MONUMENTS," which features torn apart and vandalized confederate statues.
From the website:
The exhibition reflects on the histories and legacies of post-Civil War America as they continue to resonate today, bringing together a selection of decommissioned monuments, many of which are Confederate, with contemporary artworks borrowed and newly created for the occasion. Removed from their original outdoor public context, the monuments in the exhibition will be shown in their varying states of transformation, from unmarred to heavily vandalized.
Here's some local news coverage about the exhibit:
The reaction online was pretty much unanimous:
While the Left goes about its usual business of corrupting and destroying, take some time to learn about the godly and honorable man whose memory they are disrespecting.
Here's one of many great quotes from Stonewall Jackson:
