This is something you'd never, ever see happen a few years ago.

The [whispers] white woman who was punched in the face in Cincinnati has come forward to tell her story.

These heinous crimes have to stop. I never want this to happen to anyone else, especially a mother, a daughter, somebody who is loved. So I just know what it's done to my family, not just to me, and I think that moving forward we do need more accountability and I definitely think that we need more police officers ... the judges who are just letting people out with a slap.

The man who attacked me and might have permanently damaged me forever should have never been on the streets. Ever. And the fact that he just got out of jail previously for something he should have been in there for years ... um, it's really sad to me because I can't even fathom how many other people who have been attacked by this same type of man over and over and over. In Toledo, in Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, our streets are being taken over and nobody is doing anything.

I am so sad and I need to be the voice to help all the victims that never got their justice.

Has there been a press conference from a victim of street violence since BLM became a thing where the victim doesn't talk about systemic injustices, or apologize for being white?

Well, we've heard it now from Holly.

This comes as a sixth suspect was arrested for the brawl.

The other five:

If you aren't aware, the Community Relations Service (CRS) of the DOJ is a division established by the Civil Rights Act to set up a PR response in situations like this so particular narratives could be protected. The Trump admin has discussed shutting that division down, and the fact that Holly was allowed to make a public statement like this shows something has changed.

Holly also did a short interview with Benny Johnson this week. I'll leave that for you if you want it šŸ‘‡
