Ok, this lady is either a terrible criminal, or her neighbors are.

Starr Jackson, of Montgomery, Alabama, is being charged with first-degree arson after five Molotov cocktails were found at the scene of the fire. Jackson claims that her neighbors had been harassing her and that they had thrown the bottles over her fence before she returned them.

After lighting them of course.

I've had some bad neighbors before, but this is next level stuff.

According to the Montgomery Advertiser,

"She stated today they threw bottles with gasoline with tissue sticking out of them over the fence at her," court records say. "Ms. Jackson stated she picked up a bottle, lit the tissue on fire and threw it back over the fence. She states she did this multiple times."

I could be wrong here, but I kind of doubt that the penalty for arson is lessened if you only lit and threw the Molotov cocktails, but didn't actually make them yourself.
