[Warning: Crazy]
From Newsweek:
'Stop blocking me! I've been f***ing kidnapped,' the crazy woman screamed as she hit an employee."
...
One passenger, wearing a grey hat, is then seen standing up and saying: "There's a real devil that wants to kill each and every one of y'all, including your family members. That's not her, she's possessed, she needs help."
As the video continues, staff members are seen attempting to control the woman who was said to be "possessed." The passenger in the grey hat is then seen toward the rear of the plane singing religious hymns and praying to God.
Absolutely wild, ladies and gentlemen.
There's been a spike in unruly passengers and women being groped on planes in the last year or two. If you want my two cents, it shows where we're at as a society.
One woman on the flight said it was diverted to get the crazy woman off, the gospel singer off and the man with the white hat off.
Let's go back to gospel-singer lady:
Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. And there's nobody who is going to come to God the Father without Jesus Christ.
I love it!
Since many of our readers are people of faith who believe in supernatural evil that looks to prey on the sick and vulnerable, I want to insert one warning about possession though.
Not every person who goes crazy on a plane is possessed by demons (drugs and kidnapping are both real possibilities here), and you shouldn't treat such situation with kid gloves.
This name of Jesus isn't a magic word. People like to dabble in Jesus with a side of superstition, as if the movie tropes are true and they can defeat evil by merely using His name.
The gospel singer on the plane had the immediate instinct to preach the Gospel, and AMEN to that. But we should also be discerning. Singing worship music in the aisle of a plane to drive an evil spirit out while flight attendants are trying to handle a dangerous situation is probably not the best idea.
When the Apostle Paul cast out demons in the name of Christ, he did so with confident authority and with immediate effect (it also landed him in jail).
When Jewish exorcists tried to copy him, they failed:
Now some of the itinerant Jewish exorcists also attempted to pronounce the name of the Lord Jesus over those who had evil spirits, saying, "I command you by the Jesus that Paul preaches!" Seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish high priest, were doing this. The evil spirit answered them, "I know Jesus, and I recognize Paul โ but who are you?" Then the man who had the evil spirit jumped on them, overpowered them all, and prevailed against them, so that they ran out of that house naked and wounded.
I'm just saying - study the Word and use discernment out there, people.
