So here's how this story starts:

A California law allowing transgender inmates to pick the prison gender of their choice has come under fire from a women's rights group citing abuse of females by men.

Gee, ya think!

Oh yeah, for those of you who haven't been keeping up with the clown world we currently live in: California—yes, that cesspool of leftist thought which can fall off the face of the Earth as far as I'm concerned—has decided it's totally cool to just let transgender prison inmates into whichever gender's prison they prefer—because there's no way this will be abused and everyone who identifies as something is completely legitimate. (For the record, I'm a wombat.)

Okay, all joking aside, this is actually quite serious.

A women's rights group by the name of Women's Liberation Front has penned a letter to Governor Gavin Newsom (they/them) in which they accused the new law of violating the constitutional rights of incarcerated women in California. They wrote that the new law allows men to "prey on women," which is true, by the way.

The women's rights group has received several complaints already from women who say they've been "assaulted, abused, and traumatized...at the hands of male inmates." And let me just give you this real quick:

Currently, 24 male prisoners have been transferred to female institutions.

And…

The state currently has 273 transfer requests; 266 are from people housed at male institutions requesting to be transferred to a female institution, and seven are from people at female institutions requesting to be transferred to a male institution.

So this is only the beginning, and it's only going to get worse.

And if you know any conservatives who were privy to this law before it was enacted you have probably heard all of this before because conservatives are now able to predict the future with expert precision, mostly because of how stupid liberals have become.

Anyhow, I hate to give you this last bit of information but it's very important and I must drop it here. This comes from the Women's Liberation Front:

"We are working with a woman who was punched in the face so hard by a new transfer that she couldn't chew for three days. He was taken away and released back in a different yard with no restrictions," Adams said. "He was her cellmate. She had to sleep with him."

Very sad stuff.

So as you can see, not only are men taking advantage of this law in order to save themselves from the dangerous conditions found within male prisons, but they're bringing the violence along with them. And it's disgusting.

This needs to stop.
