Neonatal Intensive Care Units all over the country spread a little Christmas cheer to their tiniest patients and their families this year, with some festive costumes and adorable pictures.

The babies in the NICU at Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas City got a visit from Santa, each one dressed up as a very cute Christmas gift.
Summerville Medical Center in South Carolina got a little more creative with its theme this year, dressing their babies as "Babes in Candyland."
My favorite theme comes from Henry Ford Health in Michigan, which went with a literary theme. Here are some of the highlights:
