YO MARK, DID YOU JUST ADMIT TO BREAKING THE LAW????

YOU DONE MESSED UP A-ARON!!!

Yeah, bazillionaire Mark Cuban was arguing with a guy called "Rabbit Hole" on X (as one does) as part of Cuban's multi-week proselytizing crusade for Marxist "equity" policies and then he went and admitted that he considers skin color and genitals when he hires people.

Everyone in the business world knows it's okay to do this when you are discriminating against men, especially white men, because having lots of skin colors and women somehow [checks notes] makes your business more competent.

On the surface, Cuban is right: Hiring lots of people from different backgrounds with a diverse skill set gives you better footing to compete in the market, but he's an absolute tool if he thinks that's what DEI is about.

But after trolling people who are trying to correct him for weeks on end, the actual commissioner of the United States called his argument "dead wrong"!!

Better lawyer up, Marky Mark!

We all know when it comes to the basketball court, Cuban's Dallas Mavericks don't value "diversity" in hiring. However, in the corporate world Cuban argues that diversity is his strength.

Here's one of his execs bragging about it:

Ultimately, I don't think Cuban cares: He'll just keep accusing people who oppose him of trying to pump up their engagement numbers.

If the guy wants to show the world how much of an ignoramus he is, far be it from me not to generate a bit of traffic to help him along!
