Around these parts, we like to say that the woke mind virus hijacked Christian principles of love, tolerance, and mercy and turned them into monsters before making them absolutes and framing them within a grid of "oppression." This is why a Marine vet can be arrested for stopping a violent man on the New York subway, be praised by everyone onboard the train car with him, and still be arrested for as an "oppressor" because the corresponding skin tones involved in the story.

The Marxists got angry as well. They couldn't compute Elon's thoughts because their entire understanding of good and evil relies on subjective guesses at how oppressed someone is.

Darrell B. Harrison had a good quote from Mao to explain how godless Marxism has imbibed Christian virtues while making the self god, and how it plays into our culture's current understanding of oppression and power:
The West was won (T-Swift might want to take notes since she mentions this in her new album) by the humble obedience of Christians who followed the example of Jesus Christ. Whether or not you believe in Christ doesn't change that fact.
My two cents? If the West wants to remember what true strength looks like, as well as how God uses the weak to shame the strong, it would do well to remember that and avoid both of the errors Elon mentioned.
