Conservative watchmaker Wasson Watch Co. just dropped a statement that stirred up the internet — specifically, the unhinged corner where Nick Fuentes fans and actual Neo-Nazis hang out and argue about who hates Jews the most (more or less).
It all started with this zinger:
For those blissfully unaware, a "Groyper" is a devoted follower of far-Right internet figure Nick Fuentes. These individuals often glorify Adolf Hitler, peddle age-old antisemitic tropes, and blame Jews for just about every problem under the sun. They typically operate from anonymous accounts and make a sport of harassing anyone who dares to disagree with their delusions of grandeur. In short, they're everything the Left claims every ordinary conservative is: racist, neo-nazi, Jew-hating basement dwellers. And they're all over X (Twitter if you're old school like me).
As previously reported, the growing popularity of this Groyper-adjacent, hard-Right, Nazi-loving push online may or may not be organic. See for yourself here:
Nonetheless, plenty of real-life influencers and everyday conservatives — including Wasson Watch Co. not long ago — have been duped into thinking this bizarre, obsessive anti-Jew push is the only "true" path for the Right. Supposedly, it's the only way to defeat the communist Left. We can thank voices like Nick Fuentes, Candace Owens, Jake Shields, Elijah Schaffer, Joel Webbon, and Ian Carroll (just to name a few) for fueling this cancerous trend.
In response to Wasson's past tolerance of that kind of wickedness, he followed up with this striking message of repentance and clarity. Truly remarkable:
(Full transcript below.)
My friends, I need to confess a grievous sin against you, and against God.
Ephesians 5:11 says, 'Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them.'
Shortly after my account on X began to take off late last year, I began seeing posts, and often comments on my posts that ranged from vaguely to overtly antisemitic.
- Holocaust denial
- Accusations that the Jews control/run everything
- Calling for the extermination of Jews
- Celebrating when bad things happened to Jews
- Calling the October 7th attacks a false flag
- Embracing Nazi aesthetics, talking points, and beliefs
- Hitler admiration
- Stalwart opposition to the state of Israel at all times
And much more.
It seemed that almost every post I made resulted in at least one person bringing up the Jews, even the topics were totally unlinked.
I noticed that there were a lot of folks like this, and many of them shared a lot of the same values with me outside of that particular topic. I didn't agree with their position on Jews/Israel, but for a long time I didn't say anything about it.
It was just easier.
I knew that if I did it was going to be this big thing, and that the hundreds of folks I'd seen making these comments would go apoplectic if I voiced my opposition.
I normally have no problem voicing opposition. The thing is, most of the time the people I'm disagreeing with are the far left. It's easy to disagree with them. IT's harder to disagree with people who seem to overlap on so many other issues.
But I let it go on for too long. I should have spoken up sooner. Proverbs 29:25 says that, 'The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the LORD is safe.' I had been seeking the acclaim of man, through passive silence, rather than seeking after God with all my heart.
I repent of that.
But that is done. I don't desire acclaim or anything else from people so clearly defined by their hate for the Jews. I don't care what you think about me or say about me. I don't care how many of you unfollow me, block me, or spread bad things about me or my brand.
My only hope is that I am not my own, but belong body and soul, in life and death, to my faithful Savior, Jesus Christ.
So there's no going back. I'm burning the ships. I'm done taking part in the works of darkness through passivity. I will expose them.
SOLI DEO GLORIA
Of course, that dreadful and parasitic corner of the internet was BIG mad.
Nick Fuentes sympathizer and "Pastor" Joel Webbon, for one, wasn't pleased with Wasson saying he doesn't like Nazis:
Wasson's comment section has been filled with posts like this:
Now why oh why would anyone be upset about Wasson taking a stand against legitimate Nazis unless they're a Nazi themselves — or at best, a Nazi sympathizer (looking at you Mr. Webbon)?

But man… This is what real courage looks like — owning your past mistakes, explaining why they were wrong, and standing firm on what's true and right, even if it costs you money, clout, or influence.
I pray more young men caught in the dissident, far-Right, Jew-hating spiral find the same courage Wasson Watch Co. just showed.
Here's some honorable mentions from Wasson Watch Co. today. Enjoy 🍿:
