The city of Oulu deleted its TikTok account after the backlash.
Here's another PSA where Oulu tells women to put their palms up and that will make an attacker (in the video, a white guy of course), go away.
The video began going viral on Monday again (as these things tend to do), with people in disbelief that it isn't an April Fool's joke.
Meanwhile, the rape crisis in Finland, like most of Europe, is rising. From the Helsinki Times in January 2024:
Finland saw a notable increase in reported sexual offenses in 2023, with 7,100 cases recorded, marking a 29.6% rise from the previous year. This surge, amounting to 1,600 more cases than in 2022, coincided with the introduction of new sexual offense legislation at the start of 2023, which redefined and expanded the scope of sexual crimes.
Part of the increase was due to a new law which broadened the definition of sexual assault to include "forms beyond physical touching and introduced new offenses like the unauthorized distribution of sexual images."
But before this law went into place, rape had been on a drastic increase in Finland.
An important data point as far as crime and immigration are concerned comes from Finland's neighbor, Denmark, which tracks crime by nation of origin:

And yet the rise in assaults by violent men from non-Western nations is largely falling on deaf ears in the media for concerns that it will be deemed "racist."
I'm sure a few more TikTok dances will solve the problem?
Perhaps Western governments don't remember this, but there is a way to stop this surge in violence against women.
They just have to be ready to stomach what it takes for good men to stop evil men.
