This precious six-month-old baby boy in Chicago HAD HIS SKULL FRACTURED when reckless, thoughtless, evil teenagers--four of them--STOLE A CAR and smashed it into this family, killing the youngest and inuring the mother and two young girls as well.

And the response from Chicago's law enforcement?

Misdemeanor trespassing charges. For two of them.

That's it.

Soros-DA Kim Foxx is in charge of law enforcement for Chicago. The newly elected mayor is also a soft-on-crime Democrat.

They show sympathy for killers like these kids and don't provide justice for the family or for the city.
