Apparently the TV business has to follow some pretty strict rules when it comes to showing sports footage. So last weekend, Andrew Clay, the sports director at KATC in Louisiana, wanted to cover LSU's loss to Michigan in the NCAA tournament, but wasn't allowed to show any of the highlights at the time.
