A Wells Fargo executive has been fired for urinating on a lady and no, that's not a metaphor, he literally did it

You may at times complain about your bank's terms — its fees, costs, low interest yields, whatever. You may even be moved to use colorful terminology to describe just how your bank is treating you.

But at least nobody from your bank has ever peed on you:

Wells Fargo has terminated its vice president of operations in India after he allegedly urinated on a 72-year-old woman while they both flew business class aboard a recent Air India flight.

Shankar Mishra, who worked for Wells Fargo at its Mumbai corporate office, was identified as the executive who was terminated, according to the English-language news site of German public broadcaster Deutsche Welle.

Not a good look for a financial executive.

Reportedly the fellow was drunk when it happened. He subsequently dried out (both literally and figuratively) and apparently managed to keep himself out of serious trouble:

According to [the woman's] complaint, she asked flight attendants and staff to have Mishra arrested and to keep him away from her.

Instead, the crew "brought the offender before me against my wishes, and we were made to sit opposite each other in the crew seats," according to the India Times.

Mishra is then reported to have sobered up. He apologized to the woman and begged her not to file a complaint.

Mishra's tearful expression of remorse persuaded the woman not to have him arrested and charged, according to reports.

I'm not gonna say the guy was being dishonest. But crying in public in front of a stranger is a pretty easy way to emotionally disarm someone.

Still lost his job, though.
