A woke professor is ranking law schools by their “Total Whiteness.” Let me explain to you how that works and what it means.

In today's clown world, this isn't seen as racist:

This report, called "The Whitest Law Schools," is compiled by a professor emeritus of law at Daytona University, Vernellia Randall.

"According to the report... 94% of law schools have reduced their "total whiteness" in the past 15 years," said Chris Rufo of the Discovery Institute. "The goal is to measure and encourage additional year-over-year reductions in 'Whiteness points.'"

The objective of the report is, frankly, to shame law schools into being "less white" as a replacement for encouraging real diversity.

Here was the list of the schools deemed the least and the most "white:"

Here's what schools have made the most progress in reducing "whiteness:"

And here's how we can supposedly reduce said "whiteness:"

"The professor recommends that schools reduce 'whiteness' by eliminating standardized test scores in admissions and competitive grading in law school courses. In addition, schools should enact explicit race quotas for the 'elimination [of] excess whiteness,'" said Rufo.

What does this mean practically? Being "less white" is only partially about skin color. It does include using forced racial quotas instead of merit, but it goes so much farther than that.

See, you also need to substitute the word "white" for "Western civilization" to understand the ambitious scope of this Critical Race Theory. It tells us that Western civilization is tainted and evil – marked far more by oppression than virtue – and so it all must be removed.

  • The 10 commandments, which form the basis of all modern law in democratic countries? It must go.
  • Jesus' admonition that we love our enemies, in addition to our need for salvation from our sins? Bye, Felicia.
  • The accomplishments of scientists, explorers, philosophers, engineers, artists, and so many more? Corrupted. Toss them.
  • The English law system from which we derive our own? Evil.

Hopefully now you begin to understand.

"The mission of this program is to measure students by skin color rather than academic achievement," said Rufo. "The language of the report is gleefully dehumanizing—applied to any other race, it would be instantly condemned. Law schools would be wise to reject this mode of thought."

Indeed. Under such a system, we would certainly have more diverse skin tones arguing in courtrooms.

How capable those lawyers will be remains a question, since merit and "standardized testing" are white and must be removed, remember.

More importantly, if our entire system – from Moses to Aristotle to the Magna Carta to Adam Smith to the Declaration – is evil, then certainly everything corrupted by this "whiteness" must be destroyed.

That begs the question:

What system of law will replace it?
