Guys! I did it! I found the systemic racism!
The Left was totally right! S&P 100 companies have been engaging in racist hiring practices, favoring applicants of certain skin colors over others. And what's worse, they're actually bragging about it.
Here's how Bloomberg is reporting it:
Wait. Never mind. You can't be racist against white people. I guess this is totally okay.
Yes, Bloomberg is writing about how major corporations are atoning for their past racial sins by now hiring people based on their skin color.
They even put it under the header of "Equality." LOL!
"Whites need not apply" is exactly right. Here's a screenshot from Bloomberg's article:
There's no way to accomplish this without using racist hiring practices that are illegal under the Civil Rights Act (except for the fact that the unwritten part of the Civil Rights Act as it has been enforced is that it doesn't really apply to white people).
You can be racist against white people and legally discriminate against them. That's anti-racism after all.
The 2020 U.S. Census reported that 57.8% of all Americans are white. Of college graduates who would be qualified for corporate S&P jobs, 61% of Asians have degrees, followed by 42% of whites, 28% of blacks, and 21% of Hispanics, according to Pew Research.
Since the wokies don't like hiring Asians, I'm assuming they focused mainly on blacks and Hispanics.
This means that somehow, the limited pool of minority applicants who happen to have higher melanin levels got hired at insanely high rates compared to the majority of people with lower melanin levels. Huh!
I have my own thoughts, but there are LOTS of reactions to this news. I'll give you some highlights.
I think Ann Coulter might have the best response:
This is clearly illegal. People need to be suing these S&P companies into the ground.
The only question is, are the courts too far gone?
