Why do judges keep letting violent criminals out on the streets?
As we saw in the tragic case of Iryna Zarutska, who was brutally murdered on public transportation by a violent felon who had been released over and over again by leftist judges, a Florida judge has just released an attempted rapist with a violent history.

According to investigators, Jacoby Tillman attacked a woman in a park. He "grabbed the victim from behind and choked her, causing her to black out. When she woke up, her shorts and underwear were gone."
He openly admitted he wanted to kill the woman and that he plans to flee to Texas, but the judge STILL let him go.
According to Tillman:
I didn't rape the lady, I was trying to kill the lady. I wanted to know what it was like to choke someone out.

Tillman also has a previous assault victim, Nuri Quin, who described his release as "heartbreaking."
In 2022, Tillman was also charged with attempted second-degree murder after a fight but was convicted of aggravated battery.
The prosecutors expressed frustration with the release:
Our office felt that the release of the defendant was not appropriate, and he presents a danger to our community. We argued this point to the Judge and requested pretrial detention. Ultimately the Judge made the decision to issue a bond in the case. I think he is a danger. Not just to women, but to kids.
The judge responsible for this insanity is Elaine Barbour of the 9th Circuit.
Before releasing this monster into the public, the judge told him:
If I get any inkling that you have violated the conditions of pretrial release, you will be arrested on a no bond warrant and you will be put right back in jail.
Are you kidding???
