Watch this Democrat congresswoman go absolutely insane during last night's Michigan hearing on election fraud, invoking Nazism while she comes within a millimeter of accusing witnesses of election fraud of being the devil incarnate:
"That is not fair, sir, because our election officials SHOULD BE CONDEMNING NAZISM!!" yelled Rep. Cynthia A. Johnson from Detroit. "Guiliani lies and makes up [inaudible] around our election and [we] should be focused on fighting COVID!"
This outburst from Rep. Johnson came near the end of the night's proceedings, which gave Trump campaign lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis a chance to present evidence of election fraud to the Michigan House Oversight Committee.
Without context, you may think that Rep. Johnson was justified in her outburst. Like the great fAcT-ChEcKeRs at USA Today and Snopes, we want to make sure you understand that context. But unlike those esteemed fAcT-ChEcKeRs, we'll let you think for yourself instead of ramming a narrative down your throat.
The evening was filled with several key witnesses and experts dealing with election fraud.
The tone of the Republicans on the committee was skeptical and lukewarm toward the witnesses. It was clear that Chairman Matt Hall believed the media reports that there was no widespread election fraud, and was wary of Giuliani and company (despite the fact that tens of thousands of Michigan voters have demanded their lukewarm RINOs take action).
First up was Jessy Jacobs, a processor working for the Wayne County Elections Department who said she was harassed and told to count incomplete and fraudulent ballots at the TCF Center in Detroit.
Rep. Johnson used her one allowed question, not to ask any follow up on the woman's eyewitness account, but to ask for her full name, which TOTALLY wasn't an attempt to intimidate or dox her.
The second witness, Melissa Carone, said she worked with Dominion Voting Systems and detailed similar allegations, saying that ballots were counted up to 10 times each when the Dominion machines jammed. One Republican treated her allegations with suspicion, to which she dropped this bombshell:
"I'm just saying, the numbers are not off by 30,000 votes," said the representative.
"I know what I saw, and I signed something saying that if I'm wrong, I can go to prison," said Carone. "Did you?"
What Carone was referring to were the signed affidavits each of the witnesses had given – a point the committee seemed to forget throughout the evening.
Chairman Hall then questioned Carone on why others hadn't come forward. I mean, it's not like Cancel Culture is a real tactic employed daily by the Left, or that Hall lives in a state where the governor has ignored Supreme Court rulings deeming her lockdown actions illegal and threatens any who attempt to oppose her!
Carone's response was dead-on.
"My life has been completely destroyed," she said, detailing how she has been threatened and excommunicated from society.
At this point, the esteemed Johnson began taking more interest. These witnesses weren't supposed to be making compelling statements like that, after all. Obviously, they hadn't been doxxed and threatened enough to know their place! She subsequently demanded they be put under oath under the presumption that they were all evil Nazis working for Orange Hitler.
Once again, it was noted that all of the witnesses had signed affidavits that would make them guilty of perjury should they be lying. The Twitterverse seemed to realize what Johnson did not.
The real kicker came next when two non-white Republicans testified on election fraud. One, a first-generation Indian immigrant, detailed the vitriolic racism she saw from leftists on Election Day and in her daily life.
"From my skin color, everybody assumes I am a Democrat, and so they just kinda come to me, and one of the ladies was saying, 'Let's get these MFs out...' Then when I pulled out my [GOP] tag, she looked at me and was like, 'You're on the wrong side.'"
"They were going and getting all the white, male Republicans out by... sheer intimidation."
After noticing this hostility, the witness says she switched her GOP tag for a non-partisan tag and was immediately treated better at the Detroit counting center.
"The only people being isolated [during ballot counting] were white, male Republicans. That's racism. People always ask me if I was treated unfairly [in America]. I always say, 'Come to India and you will know what racism is.' But here? No."
Johnson quickly got hostile with this witness, saying she KNOWS these people are lying. Everyone knows leftists can't be racist and bigoted, after all!
The witness's response was on point.
Yup, nothing disproves the allegation that your party is aggressively attacking their political enemies like aggressively attacking your enemies.
Next, retired army Colonel Phil Waldron, an expert in military cyberwarfare, shared extensive data submitted under affidavits showing over 17,000 dead voters, weaknesses with Dominion machines, counting errors over 750 times the federal limit, and truckloads of ballots being delivered to empty parking lots. Listen to his whole testimony here and tell me it isn't something straight out of a Tom Clancy novel.
During the last witness testimony of the night, Rep. C.A. Johnson finally snapped. She had had enough of these alt-right Nazis and their claim that Detroit isn't a paragon of human virtue and civilization. How dare these people present facts and eyewitness testimony in an effort to root out corruption!!!
The MAGA crowd, which was camped on the Capitol lawn during the hearing, cheered as Chairman Hall called Johnson out of order.
Here's a shot of these evil Nazis calling for law, order, and a thorough investigation to preserve the Republic.
Jenna Ellis had this to say about the whole train wreck:
Another day, another hearing. This ride is sure to get crazier before it's over.
