Former "Republican" Rep. Adam Kinzinger joins CNN as a senior political commentator because of course

Adam Kinzinger has left the esteemed halls of Congress to join a completely different disaster area: CNN.

Yep, Cryin' Kinzinger, defender of our "sacred halls of Democracy" from unauthorized tourists in the Capitol, has joined up with CNN because, well, you know, he's a totally serious Republican.

Sure, he voted to impeach the former Republican President Trump and he's been part of the Dems' clown trial about January 6.

But he's definitely a real conservative.

From Just the News:

Former Illinois Republican Rep. Adam Kinzinger has joined CNN as a senior political commentator.

The ex-lawmaker became a Republican pariah after voting to impeach former President Donald Trump in his second impeachment trial. He subsequently joined former Wyoming GOP Rep. Liz Cheney as one of the two Republicans on the House select committee investigating the events at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

Kinzinger's bellicose anti-Trump rhetoric earned him the ire of nearly every House Republican, including then-Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, who dubbed him and Cheney "Pelosi Republicans" for agreeing to join the Jan. 6 committee after Pelosi had rejected two Members of Congress that McCarthy had picked.

The anti-Trump figure follows in the footsteps of other such politicians, including former Ohio Republican Gov. John Kasich, who joined the network after his unsuccessful bid for the GOP presidential nomination in 2016.

There's a pipeline of Never Trump "Republicans" to ultra-woke CNN. Huh.
