The local NBC affiliate in Orlando must have been expecting a bigger crowd than this when they sent a reporter on-site, but the turnout was a bit of a letdown.
Please laugh at this serious news broadcast with me:
Yep, one protester joined in solidarity with the employees who were planning to walk out on Tuesday in protest of Florida's so-called "Don't Say Gay" bill, which has nothing to do with either free speech or gayness.
And despite being the only person at the protest, he still wore a mask outdoors so you know he's really virtuous.
I didn't think it was possible, but this one random guy has made these protests look more pathetic than they already were, and for that, he should be very proud.
