Getting caught with your pants down took on a whole different meaning when Prescott police came across Arizona Superior Court Judge Kristyne Schaaf-Olson in early October.
Fox News reports that the inebriated judge was doing her bladder business just steps from the courthouse where she does her judicial business.
Olson's husband, Jason, walked up to the scene and asked why she was being questioned.
The officer replied, ‘Because I just saw her puking and urinating, exposing herself to several people.'
‘Nope. That wasn't her,' Jason Olson insists.

Olson tried to get his wife away from the cops, so they had to arrest him too.
‘515, we're fighting,' the officer can be heard saying as several other officers work to restrain and handcuff Jason Olson.
Schafer-Olson was cited with the misdemeanor of urinating or defecating in public.
Her husband, however, got cited for resisting arrest, interfering with a crime scene investigation, and obstruction of government operations
The judge submitted her resignation on October 31.
My resignation comes after careful consideration of current physical, medical and family circumstances.
The Yavapai community deserves and has judges who are steadfast in their commitment to serving Yavapai County, considering current events in my life, I believe it would be difficult to honor this commitment. I have therefore decided to resign.
