Who the heck has a spear lying around their house that they decide to hurl at a random passerby?
Trust me, drugs are involved here somehow. Maybe multiple drugs. I can't think of another scenario where a guy is running around on the shoulder of a busy road looking for a car to skewer with his javelin.
