Beto O'Rourke Doubles Down On Taking Away Your AR-15 As He Prepares To Run For Governor Of Texas
· · Nov 22, 2021 ·

The Left's favorite Texan, Robert Francis (Beto) O'Rourke, announced last week that he is going to run for governor in the state of Texas.

After his failed attempt to take down Ted Cruz in a statewide Senate race, and after his embarrassingly bad run for president, Beto has decided to learn absolutely nothing and just double down on his ridiculous political stances.

Remember this?

Yeah... watch as Robert Francis talks to CNN's Dana Bash and reaffirms that he still wants to take away your AR-15s:

Beto hems and haws about how Texans are proud gun owners, and responsible — but yes, he still wants to take their guns away.

He refers to AR-15s and other semi-automatic platforms as "weapons of war," which is his way of saying he's not anti-gun, but opposed to "really scary guns that I can just relabel to fit my preferred policy."

I am sure this is definitely the policy you want to run on if you are running for governor of Texas.
