The story of Peng Shuai, the Chinese tennis player who accused a Communist Party official of sexual abuse and then disappeared has been making the rounds.

The good news is that Peng Shuai appears to be, at least bodily, fine. She appeared in a short video message to assuage the fears of those around the world who were worried about the star.

The bad news is that, of course, this video and information is all coming out of Communist China where they are obviously lying and covering the story up.

Here's the video China released showing how just perfectly "okay" Peng Shuai is:

Yeah, China is literally censoring CNN live on air while covering this story.

This is totally what you would do if you weren't covering anything up.

As the reporter points out, China has always done this with any story that's critical of the Communist Party.

China is an evil actor. There's no doubt.
