Biden signs memo to remove references to China from docs related to coronavirus in the name of EqUiTy and combatting xEnoPhoBia

Stopping hate is important, folks. Do you remember how that orange man Donald Trump kept calling COVID-19 the "China virus?" How mean of him!

I mean, yes, it did originate in China and it spread because of unsanitary Chinese exotic meat markets (or perhaps that lab down the road studying coronaviruses, take your pick).

And yes, it got out of the country because the Chinese government lied to the world, bought off the WHO, and continued to let sick people fly everywhere while they started up their propaganda machines.

Sure, these things are true – and the lives of 7 billion people will never be the same due to the resulting pandemic – but what's really important is not offending sensibilities.

That's the message President Joe Biden sent Tuesday when he signed an executive order ordering the removal of any references to the "China virus" in government documentation and websites.

The DOJ will also be directed to better collect data on suspected hate crimes against Asian Americans. While I'm all for stopping racially-motivated crimes, methinks there's a bit more to the Biden agenda of "equity" than actual justice.

Remember, we've called plenty of viruses by their origin, whether it's the the Spanish Flu, Zika Virus, West Nile Virus, or the Asian Bird Flu. Once Trump did it, however – as one of the only world leaders to attempt to call attention to China's abusive negligence – HuffPost had to tell us why the practice needed to be changed IMMEDIATELY, and CBS, The NYT, and spent hundreds of man hours writing about why Trump was literally Hitler for doing the same.

Now, instead of correctly labelling the virus and calling on the Chinese government to be held accountable, Biden is going to do his darndest to call Americans racists, erase mentions of China connected to the 'Rona, and use race as an excuse for Marxism. Awesome!

Thank you, President Biden, for doing your part to let the Chinese government off the hook!

President Xi Jingping is certainly getting an early and frequent return on his investment, isn't he?
