They bragged about it. They bragged about ignoring and rejecting people because of the color of their skin.
Here's a primer to get us started:
If you didn't hear, a viral new report this week demonstrated how American industries "did everything possible to avoid hiring white millennial men."
Both employers and universities did this because race-Marxists told them it was necessary to atone for the sins of random strangers who share their skin color in a narrow period of history that ended 160 years ago.
Instead of hitting the ground running, an entire generation of young white men have had chains tied to them as they attempt to get a footing during their prime earning years. Many have been forced to get creative in order to be noticed π
John Sailer is a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute with a focus on higher-ed. He's tracked down example after example where colleges publicly discriminated against white men.
Here are a few of them:
Those emails:
Just a blatant Title VII violation for the sake of increasing one group at the expense of another!
But of course there's more.
Though white men received the brunt of these illegal racist actions, women were also excluded if they weren't "diverse" enough.
After Sailor shared these examples, academics came out of the woodwork to corroborate what they've seen behind closed doors.
How many millions of young white Americans, particularly men that are driven to make their stake in the world in order to attract a wife and provide for a family, have been entirely cut out of academia and the business world?
How many of them are working jobs that are far beneath their abilities while someone far less qualified is living in a big house with a fat paycheck because they have a different set of genitals and a different skin color?
Marxist activists were able to hijack the Christian teachings of charity to push for the exclusion of certain "majority" groups in favor of other groups they labeled "minorities." They are still doing this today; many of them with no apology. They genuinely believe that harming whites by blocking them from opportunities is a moral good for the world. It's not a fringe belief, either. The Democratic Party, representing half of the United States, overtly pushes these ideas in its platform.
In 2023, a report showed that 94% of all new corporate jobs in the S&P 100 went to non-whites. The report was widely praised on the Left.
Though almost no government entity anywhere in America has penalized colleges and universities for breaking civil rights law so flagrantly, the winds are beginning to change.
This week, the Trump Administration encouraged Americans, including whites, to report if they have been the victim of discrimination based on their skin color or sex.
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission was founded with the goal of ensuring Americans were equal under the law. Sadly, it has been a long time since it actually cared about that mission.
One more thought, since the Right is currently engaged in an ideological war:
