A report issued by the non-partisan group Policy Exchange details the degradation of women's rights within Britain's National Health System, as they are now refusing to honor "same-sex" requests from women in their facilities in the name of trans rights.
The report says,
According to a letter seen by Policy Exchange, North Bristol NHS Trust (NBT) will not guarantee same-sex intimate care for patients, putting staff preferences above needs of patients.
And this problem is unlikely to go away, as the NHS letter obtained by Policy Exchange specifically says that the NHS is meeting the requirements of British law and patients' rights to request same-sex healthcare staff:
"These arrangements meet all national standards relating to single sex accommodation. ‘This includes allowing Trans people to be accommodated according to their presentation, the way they dress, and the name and pronouns they currently use. This may not always accord with the physical sex appearance of the chest or genitalia.'
"There is no requirement for clinicians to disclose their gender identity."
Allow me to translate.
"Trans women are women!
However, the report also makes it clear why not having a same-sex healthcare provider is an issue besides just being uncomfortable having your personal bits examined by a member of the opposite sex.
This is despite the trust's biggest hospital recording up to 30 alleged incidences of sexual assault against females having taken place on hospital property.
Those assaults included one in 2021, where a woman was raped by a man on a single-sex ward, but when police came to investigate they were informed,
There was no male in the hospital, therefore the rape could not have happened.
Eventually, the hospital admitted that there was a male who identified as trans on the floor, so the NHS assigned a LGBTQ+ advocate to investigate the accusation.
To date, no charges have been filed.
I know we have our issues with trans madness here in America, but I sure am glad we kicked out the British early on. Nationalized healthcare is an even more nightmarish clown show than I ever thought it was going to be.
Why couldn't they just be happy with death panels?
