This may be the nicest criminal on that side of the Mississippi.

This especially considerate thief took the lawnmower last month, according to Port Arthur police. The timestamp on the video reads April 1, which makes you wonder if this wasn't some weird prank!

The police say they have identified the man as Marcus Hubbard, but have not yet located him.

Hubbard's master plan was foiled when the homeowner saw the man on the security cams and called the police. The criminal was forced to ditch the mower in a nearby alley in order to evade police.
