Remember the Polish-Canadian pastor who ran authorities out of his church and accused them of acting like the communists he grew up running from when they came for him a couple weeks ago?

Well...

He just held a church service. And just got arrested.

Calgary police have arrested street preacher Artur Pawlowski after he failed to abide by public health orders again during a Saturday church service where dozens were congregating without masks and no regard for physical distancing.

His brother, Dawid Pawlowski, was also taken into custody.

Both have been charged with organizing an illegal in-person gathering, in addition to "requesting, inciting or inviting others" to join them, said the Calgary Police Service in a statement.

Yeah, they arrested his brother too.

More from Global News:

Calgary police arrested two people on Saturday who officers said were in violation of a new court order obtained by Alberta Health Services that enforces "mandatory compliance of public health orders for gatherings" as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.AHS obtained the Court of Queen's Bench Order — which applies to gatherings including protests, demonstrations and rallies — on Thursday.

"This order imposes new restrictions on organizers of protests and demonstrations requiring compliance with public health orders including masking, physical distancing and attendance limits," police said.

On Saturday, police said they enforced the order by serving it to organizers before a church service to ensure that attendees would follow public health orders.

"The service organizer acknowledged the injunction but chose to ignore requirements for social distancing, mask-wearing and reduced capacity limits for attendees, and continued with the event," police explained in a news release.

What do you want me to say?

Here we are.

I can't help but wonder...

Did those arresting officers go sit down at a restaurant afterward, mere feet away from other diners, and enjoy a meal, unmasked?

Did one of them perhaps board a tightly packed plane with other travelers to depart for a vacation?

That's all allowed, you know. That's OK.

I cant help but wonder...

Is this still really about a virus?
