California House passes bill requiring judges to consider race when sentencing

In accordance with the recommendation of California's racial reparations task force, the Democrats in California have taken the next step in completely disregarding constitutional law in the name of "anti-racism."

The California House just passed a wildly unconstitutional and racist law that would REQUIRE that courts consider race when making sentencing recommendations.

Democrat state lawmakers introduced Assembly Bill 852 which "would require courts, whenever they have discretion to determine a sentence, to consider the disparate impact on historically disenfranchised and system-impacted populations" with the intent of "rectifying racial bias."

I don't even think Ibram X. Kendi would try to get away with this blatantly racist proposal.

The California House has voted to make it the law to hand black people a lesser punishment than white people.

This isn't some wacky task force. It's one half of California's legislative body. They have passed a bill mandating racism in the courts.

Bill 852 passed in the House during a legislative session in May and is now under review by the state Senate.

Of course, this is WILDLY unconstitutional. But it's nice to see the Democrats just honestly don't care about the Constitution anymore. And it's nice to see that they're all just openly racist as well.

At least we know where we stand.
