May I remind you, ladies and gentlemen, that this is Not The Bee:

Canada's University of Waterloo is in the news this week after advertising for applications of a science position but limiting consideration to "qualified individuals who self-identify as women, transgender, non-binary, or two-spirit." The school's Faculty of Environment posted an announcement seeking applications for a PhD-level scholar in "geography, earth and/or environmental science and sustainability, planning or a related discipline" who has "evidence of an active research program with emphasis on climate and/or climate change science, water science and sustainability, or future cities."

The announcement contains the usual criteria on showing promising research and ability to attract external funding. It also adds this criteria: "This call is open only to qualified individuals who self-identify as women, transgender, non-binary, or two-spirit."

I want you to pause for a moment before we get into the two-spirit stuff.

Look back at that statement from the university. They aren't saying that only actual women can apply. They are saying that anyone who "self-identifies" as a woman can apply. Meaning that it's all made up based on whatever someone pretends to be.

Now onto the trans madness.

If you're a man pretending to be a woman, or a person who says they aren't any sex at all, or a person who has infinity genders that are all fluid, you can be considered for the job.

You can also apply if you are "two-spirited." This term is touted by the woke cultists to refer to certain tribal groups that created their own terms for the more frilly and dandy men among them.

The reason they use this term is that they want to prove how barbaric Western civilization is, what with its strong emphasis on a moral code that holds dear the biological role of masculine fathers and feminine mothers in monogamous, faithful relationships!

Let's look at the actual job posting:

Are you a qualified environmental scientist who graduated at the top of your class and wants to help keep Canada's waterways pristine for generations to come?

Welp, you better be two-spirited or identify as a woman, bucko!

Otherwise, that weird classmate who got straight D's and knows less about management and the scientific method than a squirrel – but likes to wear women's clothes – is getting the job!!

The university explained that this clearly discriminatory hiring practice is actually okay because they – IN THEIR ENDLESS WISDOM THAT MUST ALWAYS BE PRAISED – have subjectively identified the groups that actually need jobs... so shut up and starve while they save the planet, you bigot!

The University values the diverse and intersectional identities [Read: Marxism] of its students, faculty, and staff. The University regards equity and diversity [read: Marxism] as an integral part of academic excellence and is committed to accessibility for all employees. The University of Waterloo seeks applicants who embrace our values of equity, anti-racism and inclusion [read: Marxism].

As such, we encourage applications from candidates who have been historically disadvantaged and marginalized, including applicants who identify as Indigenous peoples (e.g., First Nations, Métis, Inuit/Inuk), Black, racialized, people with disabilities, women and/or 2SLGBTQ+.

You might be wondering why they didn't mention gender stuff very much in this part.

That's because this was all the explanation about how being a black Native American lesbian isn't intersectional enough.

However, this particular selection process will follow the provisions for a special program as described by the Ontario Human Rights Commission in order to address the underrepresentation of individuals from equity deserving groups among our Canada Research Chairs, which has been identified through research (Canadian Association of University Teachers, 2018; Council of Canadian Academies, 2012; Henry et al., 2017; and Witteman, Hendricks, Straus, & Tannenbaum, 2019) to be systemic in nature.

As such, this opportunity is open only to individuals who self-identify as women, transgender, non-binary, or two-spirit. Improving the representation, participation and engagement of equity–deserving groups within our community is a key objective of Waterloo's Strategic Plan 2020-2025.

You gotta love it!

As Jordan Peterson said, the end-game of Marxist intersectionality (where you list all the victim groups you belong to), eventually breaks down into smaller and smaller groups until you're left with just annoying individuals complaining about how oppressed they are.

And if you don't keep playing the game, you get left behind! Being gay or lesbian isn't enough anymore. Being Native American or black isn't enough anymore. You've got to be a demigendered two-spirited maverick boi with a queer Palestinian-Cherokee father and a black trans mother in order to even have a SHOT at getting hired by the woke universities!

Just for fun, here's the land acknowledgment the university gave, in which they talk about how they stole all the land the university is built on but have no plans to give it back:

What a bunch of hypocrites.

According to legal scholar Jonathan Turley, this is all legal in Canada because they amended their civil rights laws with provisions to "relieve hardship or economic disadvantage, help disadvantaged people or groups to achieve, or try to achieve, equal opportunity or help eliminate discrimination."

It's amazing. If only someone could have looked at the last century of human history and seen that equality of outcome (Communism) would turn out bad!

Fortunately, the free market always adapts. Life finds a way!

As a result, one student showed that more than a third of white students falsely claimed minority status while roughly half of applicants claimed Native American status. Most notably, 77 percent of students who lied about their race were accepted by those schools.
