That there was no evidence.
That no one has ever suspected Somalis of defrauding tax money.
Take a look at this 2015 FOX 9 report featuring whistleblower Steve Halicki, a former Hennepin County fraud investigator.

Halicki tried to expose the fraud in 2013.
He was fired.

By 2015, people in the know were asking what was taking prosecutors so long to charge Somalis for this fraud. Nothing ever hapened.
A full decade later, billions and billions of additional dollars have been stolen. Dozens of Somalis have been convicted of fraud in one Covid-era scheme alone.
Yet the media and the state of Minnesota is STILL working double time to cover it up.
