The police and fire department showed up within 3 minutes to arrest the perp.
Of course, since many of the criminals are packing in the wasteland of Los Angeles, you might need something stronger than this man's Judo moves... too bad the state doesn't allow citizens to carry the tools they need for, you know, faster takedowns!
