The caption in the video about "doing silly things" is a reference to Brandon Johnson, Chicago's new mayor, who called the murderous mayhem overtaking the city "silly" in a previous interview.
There's nothing funny about the crime in Chicago, folks. The "progressive" enclave is out of control.

The barrage of gunfire killed 14-year-old Pierre Johnson and critically wounded two young men, ages 18 and 19. A 21-year-old woman also was shot in the hand.
The 18-year-old was shot in his back, while the 19-year-old suffered wounds to his chest and leg. None of those injured was identified.
The group, which includes at least one 16-year-old kid who was later arrested, was just slinking around an empty lot that happened to have a security camera and then poked their heads around the corner and began spraying a barrage of deadly bullets into a group of people.
The 16-year-old who was arrested has been charged with 6 counts of attempted murder, as he also fired on the cops when they came to arrest him.
Police said the gunmen are believed to have used handguns with "Glock switches" — illegal attachments that allow the weapons to hold expanded magazines with up to 50 rounds.
[That is not, in fact, what a "Glock switch" does – it changes a semi-auto into full-auto and has nothing to do with capacity.]
Cops have not revealed a motive for the shooting.
