Senator Chuck Schumer, the man who has led the Democrats in the Senate since 2017 while they conducted some of the worst abuses of government power the U.S. has ever known, is suddenly worried about corruption.
So worried, in fact, that he's set up a portal for government whistleblowers to report any abuses of power. He then posted a link to his portal on X.
It's not clear exactly how legal this portal is for whistleblower protection.
But the responses to Schumer's being the one to create it are amazing.

This one seems completely reasonable:
On January 31st, 2020, Anthony Fauci met with a slate of external virologists and the head of a UK-based NGO to discuss the possible origins of what was later called Covid. Internal emails show their initial conclusion was that Covid had "features inconsistent with evolution," which was a fancy way of saying it had a very obvious lab-inserted furin cleavage site. After years of being involved in related Gain Of Function (GOF) work, Fauci and the assembled team were perfectly positioned to know that Covid came from a lab.
Instead, 8 days later, a draft Nature paper was circulated within the team that concluded with high certainty that Covid came from nature. Later, every virologist, especially Kristian Andersen, was awarded multimillion-dollar research grants from NIAID.
I filed this under "Criminal Activity," but it has elements of fraud and wasteful spending. Those awards should be clawed back, the persons investigated, and charges filed if and where appropriate. After all, the involved persons killed millions and/or conspired to cover that up.
Too bad, Joe Biden pardoned Fauci unconditionally for all possible crimes related to Covid.
