I mean, you know, he could just go ahead and suggest that people get married, start having more babies, stop having abortions — you know, standard stuff humans have been doing for thousands of years.

Seems like that might make more sense from a national interest perspective!

But hey maybe we should give Chuck's plan a go, just to make sure it's a really bad idea!
