Camp IdRaHaJe (I'd Rather Have Jesus) a Christian camp in Bailey, Colorado, was told that they would have to let children indoctrinated by the trans cult use whatever facilities aligned with their gender of the day, or the camp would have to shut down.
They asked for an exemption, being a religious camp and all.
Colorado denied it.
Refusing to kowtow to the demands of the Christian-hating government, the camp sued them in federal court with the help of the Alliance Defending Freedom Fund (ADF).
Rather than seeing the fight through and risking a precedent that would mean they couldn't pick on Christians anymore, Colorado offered to settle with the camp out of court.
It graciously made an exception to allow the camp to continue freely practicing their religious beliefs that 99.9999% of all humans throughout history would agree with.
The camp didn't accept the settlement without a clarification being added to Colorado's insane gender rules.
The state is also clarifying in a memo on its website and in administrative guides that ‘churches, synagogues, mosques, or any other place that is principally used for religious purposes' are exempt from the requirements.
ADF Legal Counsel Andrea Dill said,
Government officials should never put a dangerous ideology ahead of kids. State officials must respect religious ministries and their beliefs about human sexuality; they can't force a Christian summer camp to violate its convictions. We're pleased that Camp IdRaHaJe is again free to operate as it has for more than 75 years: as a Christian summer camp that accepts all campers without fear of being punished for its beliefs.
That means that the 2,500-3,500 kids who attend the camp every year will continue to hear the Gospel proclaimed ... without the threat of trans indoctrination and boys in the girls' bathrooms.
