Conservatives raise $20,000 in 2 hours for defense fund of Christian vet who beheaded the Satanic statue in Iowa Capitol

It looks like the Right is figuring something important out.

In just a couple of hours, Michael Cassidy, the Christian and veteran who courageously tore down a Satanic idol in the Iowa Capitol, had his defense fund fully funded at $20,000 through GiveSendGo.

Michael Cassidy posted on his X account that he has closed the giving for the time being because he doesn't want to take any more money from supporters than necessary.

Big names in the conservative sphere quickly jumped to fund Cassidy's defense after his bold action, channeling St. Boniface.

HALF of the money donated came from Charlie Kirk and TPUSA.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis came out this morning and also made his support for Cassidy's actions known:

Kim Reynolds, Iowa's governor, has not yet said if she would pardon Cassidy.

If his legal defense bills continue to rise, then the GiveSendGo will reopen.
