Yup, a full refund is already on its way, because Church is going to the Final Four matchup between Duke and North Carolina and won't be able to perform.

I know the fans won't really appreciate this (people love his shows), but a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.

And sometimes a man just has to go to a basketball game with his family.

And the NCAA Tournament is a whole 'nother level!

It's that same type of passion felt by the people who fill the seats at our concerts that makes us want to be part of a crowd at a game of this significance.

Duke and North Carolina (huge rivalry) have never met in the Final Four. And NOBODY, save Tar Heels Head Coach Hubert Davis, expected the Tar Heels to be here (they are an 8 seed!).

So, while it's probably a tough pill to swallow for the 19,000 ticket holders for Saturday's show, I think this was the right call by Eric Church.
