Pro tip: If you can't see well enough to read a website, you might want to get some help if you're ordering your reading glasses online.
61-year old Tom Arnold in the UK found that lesson out the hard way when 60 pairs of reading glasses from Specsavers showed up at his house.
Apparently he couldn't quite make out the quantity box on the order or the amount he was spending, so he accidentally tried to buy them all.
Specsavers had a great sense of humor about the mix up. When his son posted what happened on Twitter, they responded with,
In the end, Tom opted to not add 118 eyes to his face. It wouldn't go well with his one nose and mouth, and the company accepted the return of the extra 59 pairs of reading glasses.
Hopefully, Tom has seen the light, and will get himself a seeing-eye grandchild to help with his next reading glasses order.
