Daniel Penny, the Marine being prosecuted for the death of Jordan Neely, tells his side of what happened that day on the subway

Daniel Penny is being prosecuted for murder in the death of Jordan Neely, who died as the result of a chokehold by Penny after the former repeatedly threatened everyone on the train.

The Soros-DA in New York is prosecuting Penny for murder after he's been cast as a racist and violent former Marine. Here Penny publicly tells his side of what happened that day:

So according to Penny, the three threats that Neely, a large man who was on drugs, kept screaming at people:

  1. I'm going to kill you
  2. I don't care if I go to go to jail for life
  3. I don't care if I die

I didn't wanna be put in that situation (to restrain the violent Neely) but I couldn't just sit still and let him carry out these threats.

This lines up with all of the eyewitness testimony we've heard so far.

Penny, from all accounts, is a hero. Although in his account he doesn't consider himself a hero. He just stepped in because someone had to and it fell to him.

Hopefully, this case can be moved out of NYC so that Penny can get a fair trial.
