The more we find out about this case, the more clear it becomes that Daniel Penny is being unjustly prosecuted for the death of Jordan Neely in an incident on the New York subway system.

Another witness to the Jordan Neely incident came out to Fox News and called Daniel Penny a hero for defending his fellow passengers on the train.

Described as a woman of color, the witness told Fox News that the Soros-funded DA Alvin Bragg should not have charged the Marine veteran with manslaughter for his actions against Neely.

The witness is remaining anonymous, and it's hard to blame her in this toxic environment where she could be put in danger by the radical leftist mob that would gleefully call her a race traitor.

Here's the description of the events she gave to Fox:

"I'm sitting on a train reading my book, and, all of a sudden, I hear someone spewing this rhetoric. He said, ‘I don't care if I have to kill an F, I will. I'll go to jail, I'll take a bullet...

"I'm looking at where we are in the tube, in the sardine can, and I'm like, ‘OK, we're in between stations. There's nowhere we can go,'" she said. "The people on that train, we were scared. We were scared for our lives."

Neely made threats, including saying that he wanted to be killed (presumably by cops) after he attacked passengers.

Penny was the only man between Neely and a violent rampage, so he took action.

"Mr. Penny cared for people. That's what he did. That is his crime," she told Fox News Digital. After the altercation, she and at least three other passengers thanked him...

"Nobody wants to kill anybody. Mr. Penny didn't want to kill that man," she said. "You should have seen the way Mr. Penny looked. He was distraught. He was very, very, very visibly distressed. And he didn't go. He didn't run. He stayed."

It's true. Penny stayed and made sure Neely was in the recovery position to ensure the man was comfortable and breathing after he had been subdued.

These facts, along with the fact that two other men helped Penny to restrain Neely corroborate the idea that Neely was out of control, violent, and an imminent threat to everyone on board that train.

In my personal opinion, this is just another reason to dismiss the Democrat narrative and support Penny in his fight against the Soros DA in New York.

If you want to support Penny, his legal fund has raised more than $2.6 million.
