It's funny how Democrats are always trying to take our guns away but then behind closed doors they love guns themselves.
Yes, a Democratic staffer for Rep. Joe Morelle was arrested on Thursday for attempting to enter the Cannon House Office Building with ammunition in his bag. He seems to have forgotten he even put it there after a range day or travel or whatever.
He also had "high-capacity" magazines, which means standard-size magazines that hold more than 10 bullets. DC doesn't allow these (unless you are a criminal, then you can have as many bullets to shoot the good guys as you want).
Embarrassing on so many levels!!
Morelle's office released this statement:
Being a pro-gun guy, I may disagree with the law here. But I sure find it hilarious that a Democrat is being charged for these ridiculous crimes!
