Last year, 47,000 people died from guns.

Some of these are lawful shoots involving self-defense and police force.

Over half were suicides, and a whopping 20% were young black men. In fact, 70% of all gun violence is perpetrated by black individuals, largely in inner cities, despite making up 14% of the population.

So if you aren't a young black male or suicidal, your chances of being killed are pretty dang low compared to all other causes of death in this nation.

Now let's do fentanyl:

There's no breakdown in the stats here. There weren't people lawfully using fentanyl as a tool to stop bad guys. There's zero nuance – just raw human addiction and suffering.

Yet 35% of Democrats believe guns are the greatest threat to "public health," outpacing anything else by a mile.

Guns are worse than cancer!

For perspective, there were an estimated 1.9 MILLION new cancer cases in America in 2022, with over 609,000 projected deaths.

It's like you could hand a dollar and a thousand dollars to 35% of Dems and they'd think the single dollar has more value.
