I just want one thing to be incredibly clear: I voted for this.
As soon as he got into office, President Trump shut down the CBP One App which was used by the Biden Administration to allow people to apply for refugee status online, find a sponsor in the US, and be dropped into the heart of the country while their asylum claim processed.
And as great as that was, President Trump just topped it by throwing the Uno Reverse card at the Biden regime.
Instead of the CBP One app, it's now the CBP Home app.
The Department of Homeland Security is announcing the CBP Home app -- which will launch with a self-deportation reporting feature for those in the country illegally ...
All CBP One apps will update to the new CBP Home app.
Any of Biden's hundreds of thousands of Haitian and Venezuelan "refugees" who still have the app on their phone can now open it and use the return-to-home feature to begin the process of self-deportation.
How many will actually do that? That really depends on how successful immigration enforcement operations are in the country.
But self-deportation does happen when things like jobs and welfare are cut off in the US.
'The CBP Home App gives aliens the option to leave now and self-deport, so they may still have the opportunity to return legally in the future and live the American dream. If they don't, we will find them, we will deport them, and they will never return,' [DHS Secretary Kristi] Noem said.
If you leave voluntarily, then MAYBE you can apply to enter legally. Otherwise ...
