Yep.

The agency responsible for rapid relief operations following national emergencies is highly concerned that someone might not support the mental delusions of a man who wears a dress.

But not just any man in a dress. MIGRANT men in dresses.

And the concern is primarily aimed at FAITH-BASED shelters and ministries - you know, with their belief in the immutable male/female dichotomy of the human race.

Never mind that these religious communities are by and far the biggest donors and helpers in times of emergency. Never mind that they won't turn away a Venezuelan man in a dress who needs a cup of water. What's REALLY important is that the migrants might be called "sir" instead of "ma'am"!

Reilly Hirst, the woman in the video, is FEMA's Director of Education/Training. She was part of a virtual roundtable in March 2023 to discuss helping the "LGBTQI+ Community" during natural disasters. She also recently spoke at a conference called (get ready for it) "LGBTQI+ Dimensions of Climate Change and Environmental Justice in North America."
