Disney World was digitally adding masks to photos of visitors and they look TERRIBLE
· Dec 14, 2020 · NottheBee.com

When Disney World reopened back in July, they made sure to implement very strict Covid protocols. One of those requirements was that guests wear face masks at all times in the parks. But some visitors were still taking their masks off when they went on the rides.

So initially, Disney combated this by refusing to sell guests ride photos if they didn't keep their masks on properly.

Then, someone had the genius idea of digitally adding face masks onto the photos of guests who weren't wearing them. Presumably, so they could still sell them ride photos? It's not totally clear. But the results looked terrible!

Look at this lady in the back! Hahahahaaaa!

It looks so bad! Every time I look at that picture I start laughing again.

Photoshopping masks on people. It's unhinged, man. Absolutely unhinged.

Well, Disney ended up reversing the policy in the end, issuing this statement:

In response to guest requests, we tested modifying some ride photos. We are no longer doing this and continue to expect guests to wear face coverings except when actively eating or drinking while stationary.

What if instead they just photoshopped masks on everyone in the park? Then we could all virtue signal without having to actually wear them. 🤔
